Yoga for the Chakras - Seven Workshops
Welcome to Lisa's Summer Chakras Workshop
Chakras are concentrated energy centers within the body which line up vertically along the spine. Each chakra is associated with physical organs, aspects of human needs, colors, emotions, and asana to achieve stimulation balance and insight.
Join Lisa Maxfield (RYT 200) for a series of seven workshops on each of the chakras.
Each gathering will include learning about each chakra, a physical asana practice, mantra and opportunities to journal, meditate and create tools for each participant's personal practice.
Follow along with us on this journey of discovery and exploration. We will be revealing more about each session as we progress through the summer season.
Our 4th Workshop Anahata: Opening the Heart Series is Sunday July 20th from 4-5:30 PM ($35).
