Debbie's passion is hot vinyasa flow with a dedication to alignment and strong core with great upbeat music!!
The class is heated. You will flow through multiple poses, twist, balance, explore a peak posture and stretch. Core work will also be included.
Be ready to sweat! Modifications will be offered. Please bring your own Mat, water and towel.
This is an all levels Heated Pilates Mat class.

Barre Flow is the perfect blend of yoga vinyasa & barre strengthening. This class will gently warm-up your core, get you flowing, & challenge your balance while connecting you to your breath.
You'll target growing long lean muscles while releasing the stress of your day, leaving you with a sense of graceful confidence.
Suitable for all levels, modifications offered & welcomed.
Hot Vin/Yin is the perfect balance of fiery vinyasa & relaxing yin.
This class will get you flowing with your breath, building heat within your body through spicy sequencing & a heated studio before helping you sink into restorative postures, truly allowing your muscles to release.
You'll leave class with a sense of balance.
This is an all levels Pilates Mat class.
We will be focusing on core strength, flexibility training and mind body connection.
Bring a Mat, water, towel and wear socks for this class.
Private Pilates Mat Sessions are available upon request.
Yin is a slow, contemplative practice incorporating long holds to stimulate the cells that lubricate & maintain our connective tissues. In most forms of exercise, we stress the muscles so they become stronger over time. Just as weight-bearing activities stress and strengthen the bones, the stresses applied in yin yoga facilitate healthy connective tissues over time. The hips & spine are the primary targets of yin yoga poses, although there is secondary benefit to the other major joints as well.

Heart Full Yoga uses Universal Principles of Alignment for optimal strength, stability and energetic flow.
This class may help an individual experience the energies in and around their bodies in a new way.
Restorative yoga is a gentle and supportive form of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation and stress reduction.
This class will begin with gentle movement and then transition into restorative poses.
Restorative yoga poses are held for extended periods with the support of props such as blankets, pillows, and blocks.

This is an intermediate level class in a warm room flowing at a slower pace. A warmup followed by a series of three flowing combinations will be offered. Additionally, expect to see some core work, isometric holds of a few poses, and a cool down to relax and open the body and calm the mind.
Take a little time for yourself to rest and recover in a warm room lit by candlelight. Expect to see a series of gentle, restorative poses with lots of props to support you in opening tight areas, releasing tension and calming the nervous system. Some calming breathwork, visualization, and a longer savasana (reclined meditation) will be offered.
Strengthen, stretch, and stabilize your body with our Pilates Mat class.
This class focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements and breathwork.
Using just a mat and your body weight, you’ll engage in a full-body workout that enhances muscle tone and mind-body awareness.
Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are provided to ensure a safe and effective session.
